Wiiline eSIM Data Plans for Guernsey

Wiiline does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Guernsey. The plans that carry “Unlimited Data” in their name actually give 2GB of high‑speed data each day for a fixed period (3 days, 5 days, 7 days, 10 days, or 15 days). Once the daily 2GB limit is reached, the speed is throttled to 1 Mbps.

Travelers who need more data can choose fixed data plans instead. For example, Wiiline offers a 50GB plan valid for 30 days and a 100GB plan valid for 30 days in Guernsey. These fixed data plans may be more cost‑effective for users who consume large amounts of data.

Wiiline does not provide an eSIM plan for Guernsey that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Travelers can only purchase data‑only eSIMs from Wiiline in this destination. For voice and messaging, competitors and users usually rely on VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection. Some destinations may restrict access to certain VoIP services, so it is advisable to confirm that the apps you plan to use are available in Guernsey before making a purchase.

Wiiline notifies that 6 single‑country data plans are available that target Guernsey alone, while 59 multi‑country plans also include Guernsey in their coverage. Some of the plans feature a daily data cap, letting you pay for a set amount of data each day, whereas others provide a fixed data allowance for the entire validity period. Prices for all options range from roughly $8 to $155, and the data caps offered span from 1 GB to 100 GB. Tethering is generally allowed, and certain plans may trigger reduced speeds of 512 kbps, 1 Mbps or 2 Mbps when usage limits are reached.
