BNESIM eSIM Data Plans for Indonesia

BNESIM does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Indonesia. The only plan that uses the term “Unlimited” is the Indonesia Unlimited 10 days plan, but it delivers only 3GB of high‑speed data per day and, after that, data continues at a reduced speed of 1000 kbps. For travelers who need more data, BNESIM offers large fixed data plans such as the Surf 100 GB in Indonesia for 30 days or the Surf 100 GB in Indonesia with no expiry, both of which provide 100 GB of full‑speed data without a nightly cap. These fixed plans are often more cost‑effective unless a user requires an extremely high data volume.

BNESIM does not offer any eSIM plans for Indonesia that include a local phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIMs are provided. Travelers who need voice or text services can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but access to these apps can sometimes be limited or blocked in Indonesia, so it is advisable to confirm that the services you rely on are available before purchasing.

BNESIM lists 15 single country plans and 42 multi country plans that apply to Indonesia, covering data amounts from 1 GB to 100 GB with prices ranging from $2.87 to $230.45. The catalog contains 56 fixed data cap options and one daily data cap plan; fixed data plans deliver a set amount of data for the plan’s validity, whereas daily cap plans reset the data allowance each day.
