eSIMCard eSIM Data Plans for Iraq

eSIMCard does not sell a truly unlimited high‑speed data plan for Iraq. All of the products labeled “Unlimited” give a fixed amount of data—either 1GB or 2GB for the entire validity period—and the connection is throttled to 512kbps or 2000kbps once the limit is reached.

If a traveler needs more data, the provider offers fixed‑data plans such as the 100GB options that are valid for 30 days or 180 days in Iraq. These plans give high‑speed data up to the 100GB cap before any speed reduction applies, making them a more cost‑effective alternative for users who expect to consume larger amounts of data.

eSIMCard does not provide a phone number or SMS capability for its Iraq eSIMs. The provider offers only data‑only plans for travelers in Iraq.

With a data‑only eSIM you can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage to make calls and send messages. However, availability of these services can vary, and some destinations may block or restrict certain VoIP apps, so travelers should confirm that the apps they need are accessible in Iraq before purchasing a data plan.

eSIMCard offers 30 single‑country plans that cover Iraq and 96 multi‑country plans that include Iraq. The pricing for these plans ranges from $3.41 to $395.07, while the data caps vary between 1 GB and 100 GB.
