Roamic eSIM Data Plans for Iraq

Roamic’s plans for Iraq that carry the label “Unlimited” actually provide a fixed amount of high‑speed data—3 GB per day. Once that daily data cap is reached the connection is throttled to 1000 kbps, so the plan is not truly unlimited.

If higher data volumes are required, Roamic offers fixed data plans that give more data over a longer period. Examples include the 10 GB plan for 30 days at $20, the 5 GB plan for 21 days at $13, and the 3 GB plan for 14 days at $9. These fixed plans may be more cost‑effective for travelers who need a larger data allowance.

Roamic does not provide eSIM plans for Iraq that include a local phone number or SMS capability. Their offering is limited to data‑only eSIMs. Users traveling to Iraq can still make and receive Voice over IP calls and send messages through popular apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage using the data connection, but they should confirm that these apps are accessible in Iraq before purchasing, as some destinations may block or restrict VoIP services.

Roamic provides 12 single‑country data plans for Iraq, with no multi‑country options available. Among these, 7 plans feature a daily data‑cap structure while the remaining 5 offer a fixed data amount for the entire validity period. Prices for the plans range roughly from $4 to $127, and data caps span from 1 GB up to 10 GB.
