Horizon eSIM eSIM Data Plans for Ireland

No, Horizon eSIM does not offer an unlimited data eSIM for Ireland. The provider’s catalogue for Ireland consists only of fixed‑data plans with set data caps and validity periods.

Travelers who need large data allowances can choose from Horizon eSIM’s fixed plans, such as the Ireland 50GB 180Days plan or the Europe 100GB 180days plan, both of which allow use in Ireland and come with an 180‑day validity window. These plans provide significant data capacity while remaining clear in their limits, and they may be more cost‑effective than purchasing a pay‑as‑you‑go credit for very high data usage.

Horizon eSIM does not offer any eSIM plans for Ireland that include a phone number or SMS capability; only data‑only plans are available from this provider.

Travelers can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging, but some destinations may block or restrict access to specific apps or services, so it is advisable to confirm that the apps you rely on are available in Ireland before purchasing a plan.

Horizon eSIM provides 11 single‑country data plans that are specifically for Ireland, and an additional 19 multi‑country plans that include Ireland in their coverage. Across these options the price range spans from $0.31 to $308.64, while the data cap varies from 500 MB to 100 GB. Validity periods on the plans extend from 3 days up to 365 days, and some plans permit tethering.
