Kolet eSIM Data Plans for Ireland

Kolet does not provide a true unlimited‑data eSIM for Ireland. All of its Ireland plans have a finite data allowance; the so‑called “Unlimited” options give 5 GB per day of high‑speed data and then throttle speed to 1024 kbps. For travelers who need more data, Kolet also offers fixed bundles such as the 20 GB for 30 days plan, priced at $26.99, and a 10 GB for 30 days plan, priced at $17.99. These fixed data plans can be more cost‑effective for regular data use.

Kolet does not offer an Ireland eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS service. The provider sells only data‑only eSIMs for travelers heading to Ireland. Travelers can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage for voice and messaging over the data connection, but they should verify that the apps work in Ireland before purchasing, as some destinations may block or restrict access to certain services.

Kolet offers 13 single‑country data plans that cover Ireland and 31 multi‑country plans that include Ireland. The plans range in price from $3.99 to $104.10 and provide data caps between 1 GB and 20 GB, with validity periods from 1 to 365 days. Some plans use a fixed data amount, while others apply a daily data cap. A few plans also feature a reduced speed limit of 1000 kbps.
