mobineX eSIM Data Plans for Ireland

mobineX does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for Ireland. All plans advertised as “Unlimited” actually offer a fixed data allowance that is capped at 1GB (Unlimited Standard) or 5GB (Unlimited Gold). Once that amount is used, the network speed is throttled to 128kbps or 1000kbps respectively, so the plans are not limitless in terms of high‑speed data use.

Travelers who need larger data sets can choose mobineX fixed data plans such as the 100GB – 60 days plan for $480.00 USD or the 50GB – 90 days plan for $153.00 USD. These fixed‑data alternatives allow the specified amount of high‑speed data to be used continuously for the stated validity period and can be more cost‑effective for heavy data users.

MobineX does not provide an Ireland eSIM that includes a local phone number or SMS capability. Travelers looking for voice or text must rely on a data‑only plan and can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection. Some destinations may restrict access to these apps, so it is advisable to confirm that they function in Ireland before purchasing a plan.

MobineX offers seven single‑country eSIM plans that cover Ireland, and a selection of 171 multi‑country plans that include Ireland within their coverage area. The available plans range in price from about $1.00 to $480.00 and provide data caps from 1 GB up to 150 GB, with validity periods between one and ninety days. Some plans deliver a fixed amount of data for the entire validity period, while others apply a daily data cap, resulting in a reduced speed once that limit is reached.
