The initial 1G I purchased worked smoothly, making me think I'd made the right choice. However, when I bought an additional 10G as it was about to run out, I couldn't use it at all. I was grateful that they responded quickly when I reached out, but in the end I was unable to establish a connection and had to get a refund.
The customer service was commendable and it's a shame that I could not continue to have the good connection I experienced initially.
