MTX Connect eSIM Data Plans for Jamaica

MTX Connect does not currently offer an unlimited data eSIM plan for Jamaica. Instead, the provider sells fixed‑data packages that can be purchased for the duration of a trip. For example, a 10 GB plan is available for 30 days at $35.38 USD, and a 4 GB plan is available for 14 days at $17.69 USD. These fixed‑data options may prove more cost‑effective for most travelers, unless one expects very heavy data usage that would otherwise necessitate an unlimited plan.

MTX Connect does not provide a Jamaica eSIM with a local phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIMs are sold for Jamaica, so travelers cannot place regular phone calls or receive traditional SMS messages. They can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection for voice and text communication.

MTX Connect offers four multi‑country eSIM data plans that include Jamaica, with no single‑country options available. The plans range in price from about $4.05 to $34.82 and provide data caps between 350 MB and 10 GB, covering 1 to 30 days of validity.
