MTX Connect does not provide an unlimited data eSIM plan for Jamaica. Travelers who prefer a fixed allotment can choose from several pre‑paid options: a 10 GB plan for 30 days, a 4 GB plan for 14 days, a 2 GB plan for 7 days, or an OPTIMAL DAILY plan with 350 MB for one day. Selecting a fixed‑data plan can be more cost‑effective for most users, especially if they do not need an unlimited data supply.

MTX Connect does not provide a Jamaica eSIM with a local phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIMs are sold for Jamaica, so travelers cannot place regular phone calls or receive traditional SMS messages. They can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection for voice and text communication.
