Horizon eSIM eSIM Data Plans for Latvia

Horizon eSIM does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for Latvia. The available options for Latvia are fixed data plans that come with a set data allowance and a validity period. Examples include the Europe 100 GB / 180 days plan, the Latvia 50 GB 180 days plan, and the Europe 50 GB / 180 days plan, all of which offer data‑only travel connectivity and support personal hotspot or tethering on compatible devices.

Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective for most travelers, especially if data usage is moderate. Unlimited plans are not offered, so users who anticipate very high data consumption may need to consider topping up or selecting a plan with a larger data allowance.

Horizon eSIM does not provide a Latvian eSIM plan that includes a phone number with voice or SMS services. Travelers who need local calling or text messaging will need to use alternative methods such as VoIP services.

The only options from Horizon eSIM for Latvia are data‑only eSIMs. Users can still access international messaging and calling apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but availability can vary. Travelers are advised to check that the VoIP apps they rely on work in Latvia before purchasing a Horizon eSIM.

Horizon eSIM offers 10 single‑country plans and 19 multi‑country plans for Latvia. The available plans span a price range from about $0.31 to $309.16 and data caps from 1 GB up to 100 GB, with validity periods between 7 and 365 days. Some plans also allow tethering.
