ViaConecta eSIM Data Plans for Morocco

ViaConecta does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Morocco. The only plan that carries the word “Unlimited” in its name is “Morocco Unlimited 7 Days, ” but it offers a fixed 1 GB per day data allocation and has a 7‑day validity; after the cap is reached the speed is reduced to the provider’s throttled rate, so it is not an unrestricted high‑speed plan.

If a traveler needs a larger data allowance, ViaConecta offers several fixed data plans that may be more cost‑effective. For example, the “Global 80 GB 365 Days” plan gives 80 GB of high‑speed data usable over a full year, and the “Morocco 30 GB 30 Days” plan provides 30 GB for one month. These options allow users to choose a suitable data volume for their needs without the limitation of an unrestricted plan.

ViaConecta does not provide a phone number or SMS capability for Morocco; only data‑only eSIM plans are offered. Travelers can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection, but some destinations may block or restrict these services, so it is advisable to verify that the apps you rely on are accessible in Morocco before purchasing.

ViaConecta offers 8 single‑country data plans that are specifically tailored for Morocco and 12 multi‑country plans that include Morocco as part of their coverage. The available plans cover a price range of approximately $3.35 to $167.88 USD, with data caps between 500 MB and 80 GB and validity periods spanning 1 to 365 days. Many of these plans also allow tethering, giving users the flexibility to share data across multiple devices.
