Kolet eSIM Data Plans for Norway

Kolet’s plans that contain “Unlimited” in the name are not truly unlimited. Each of those Norway UNLIMITED plans gives 5 GB of high‑speed data per day, after which the speed drops to 1024 kbps. Therefore, Kolet does not offer a genuine unlimited data eSIM for Norway.

If a traveler needs a larger data allowance, Kolet has fixed data plans such as the Norway 20 GB for 30 days or the Norway 10 GB for 30 days plans, which deliver the stated amount of data at full speed for the entire validity period.

Kolet does not provide an eSIM for Norway that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Travelers who use Kolet in Norway will receive a data‑only plan without the possibility of making or receiving voice calls or text messages on the local network.

Because of this limitation, users typically rely on VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging. However, some destinations may restrict access to certain VoIP apps, so it is advisable to confirm that the applications you rely on work in Norway before purchasing a Kolet eSIM.

Kolet provides 13 single‑country data plans specifically for Norway and 18 multi‑country plans that include Norway. Plan prices range from $3.99 to $104.10, while the data caps offered span from 1 GB up to 20 GB. Some plans bundle a set amount of data for the entire validity period, whereas others allow data to be used within a daily or daily‑cap framework, offering travelers flexibility based on their usage patterns.
