Horizon eSIM eSIM Data Plans for Puerto Rico

Horizon eSIM does not provide an unlimited‑data eSIM for Puerto Rico. The provider’s Puerto Rico offerings are fixed data plans, such as the Puerto Rico 10 GB / 7 days plan and the Global 20 GB / 90 days plan, which give a set amount of high‑speed data for a specified validity period.
For travelers who need a large volume of data but do not require an unlimited quantity, these fixed data plans can be more cost‑effective than a pay‑as‑you‑go option, particularly for moderate data usage.

Horizon eSIM does not provide a Puerto Rico eSIM plan that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Travelers can only purchase a data‑only eSIM from this provider for Puerto Rico. They can still use Internet‑based VoIP apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but they should verify that the apps they rely on are accessible in Puerto Rico before making a purchase.

Horizon eSIM provides six single‑country plans that are exclusive to Puerto Rico and fourteen multi‑country plans that include Puerto Rico as part of a broader regional coverage. The single‑country plans typically offer a fixed data amount, while the multi‑country plans allow data usage across several countries, often with a daily data cap or a total data cap that spans the validity period. Overall, the available plans range in price from about five dollars and eighty‑one cents up to three hundred‑nine dollars and forty‑four cents, and in data capacity from one gigabyte to twenty gigabytes, with validity periods spanning from seven days to one year.
