AlpineSIM eSIM Data Plans for Asia

AlpineSIM does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for Asia. Plans that carry the word “Unlimited” in their name still have daily limits—500 MB/day, 1 GB/day, 2 GB/day, or 3 GB/day—and after those limits are reached, the speed is throttled. Because of those caps, travelers who need a large amount of data may find fixed‑data plans to be more cost‑effective. For example, AlpineSIM offers a 50 GB 180‑day plan that covers 20 Asian countries and a 20 GB 30‑day or 90‑day plan that covers a similar set of countries. These fixed‑data options provide a higher total data allowance without the daily restriction found in the “Unlimited” plans.

AlpineSIM does not offer any Asia eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. All of its Asia offerings are data‑only, providing internet access without voice or text messaging. Travelers can still use chat and voice apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection to communicate.
