AlpineSIM eSIM Data Plans for Asia

AlpineSIM does not have a truly unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for Asia. All plans labeled “Unlimited” give a daily allowance – for example 500MB/day or 1GB/day – and after the limit is reached the speed is throttled to a reduced rate. Because the plans have a capped data amount, they are not considered unlimited.

Travelers who need a larger data capacity can choose one of AlpineSIM’s fixed‑data eSIMs instead. For instance, a 20GB plan is available for 30 days at about $50, and a 50GB plan is offered for 180 days around $111.40. These larger fixed plans give a more predictable data budget and can be more cost‑effective for heavy data users.

AlpineSIM does not offer any Asia eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. All of its Asia offerings are data‑only, providing internet access without voice or text messaging. Travelers can still use chat and voice apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection to communicate.
