Giga.Tel eSIM Data Plans for Asia

Giga.Tel does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM plan for Asia. All of Giga.Tel’s Asia‑focused plans have a set data cap, with the highest available allowance being 90GB for a 365‑day validity period. Plans such as the Global 72 countries 90GB/365days plan and the APAC 34GB yearly plan are examples of the large fixed‑data options that are currently available. Because the plans are capped, choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective for travelers who have moderate data needs; very heavy data users may find the capped “unlimited” style plans (1GB per day with reduced speed afterward) better suited to their usage.

Giga.Tel does not offer Asia eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIMs are available for travelers in Asia, and the provider’s catalog shows no telephony options for that region. Travelers who need voice or messaging services can rely on VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage, which work over the data connection without requiring a traditional phone number or SMS access.
