Globie eSIM Data Plans for Asia

Globie does not currently provide an unlimited data eSIM plan for Asia. Travelers who need more data can choose from fixed‑data options. For example, the Asia 50GB plan offers 50GB of data for 180 days, and the Asia 20GB plan gives 20GB for 30 days, both with 5G coverage across a broad range of Asian countries. Selecting a fixed plan can be more cost effective unless a user expects extremely high data usage.

Globie does not provide Asia eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. The Asia plans sold by Globie are data‑only; travelers can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection to make calls and send messages. However, some destinations in Asia may block or restrict certain VoIP services, so it is advisable to verify that the apps a traveler relies on are accessible in their chosen country before purchasing a plan.

Globie offers two eSIM plans that cover Asian countries. The “Asia for” plan provides coverage in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, India, Japan, Cambodia, South Korea, Kuwait, Sri Lanka, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. The “Global for” plan extends coverage to United Arab Emirates, Armenia, Azerbaijan, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, India, Jordan, Japan, Kyrgyz Republic, South Korea, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Sri Lanka, Macau, Malaysia, Oman, Philippines, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, Taiwan, and Uzbekistan. These plans do not include any other countries outside Asia.
