mobineX eSIM Data Plans for Asia

MobineX does not offer a truly unlimited data eSIM for Asia. The plans that carry the word “Unlimited” are limited to 1 GB or 5 GB of high‑speed data, after which the connection speed drops to 128 kbps or 1 024 kbps. Travelers who need more data can choose from the fixed‑data plans that mobineX sells, such as the 100GB plan valid for 60 days, which provides a large allowance of high‑speed data without the throttling that applies to the “Unlimited” packages.

mobineX does not provide an Asia eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider only offers data‑only eSIM plans for the Asia region. For voice and text communications travelers can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage, which work over the data connection without requiring a traditional phone number or SMS service.

The Unlimited Standard plan from mobineX provides coverage across multiple Asian nations. Within the Asia region, the plan serves China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, Singapore, Philippines, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Laos, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzstan), Uzbekistan, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Turkey, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. All of these countries are included in the global rollout of the Unlimited Standard plan, which also extends to a wide range of destinations outside Asia.
