MTX Connect eSIM Data Plans for Asia

MTX Connect does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for Asia. The provider’s Asia‑wide offerings are fixed data plans, the largest of which is a 10 GB plan valid for 30 days, followed by 4 GB plans for 14 days and 2 GB plans for 7 days. These plans cover a broad range of Asian countries, including India, China, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and many others.

Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective for most travelers, unless the user is an extremely heavy data consumer who would benefit from a truly unlimited option.

MTX Connect does not provide an Asia eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The service offers only data‑only plans in Asia. Travelers who need voice or text chat can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection, but availability of those services may be restricted in some destinations, so users should confirm that their preferred apps work in the specific country before purchasing.

MTX Connect eSIM plans cover the following Asian countries: United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Brunei, China, Georgia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, India, Jordan, Japan, Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzstan), Cambodia, South Korea, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Laos, Sri Lanka, Mongolia, Macau, Malaysia, Nepal, Oman, Philippines, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, Taiwan, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam.
