nextSIM does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data plan for travelers in Asia. All of the listed plans under the “unlimited” name have a fixed data allowance—either 1GB for the overall period or 1GB per day, and some offer 2GB per day. Once that amount is used, the speed is throttled to 512kbps or 2000kbps, so the plan is not truly unlimited high‑speed data.

If an unlimited plan is required, the next step is to consider a fixed data plan with a larger allowance. For example, nextSIM offers a 20GB plan for 30 days in Asia at $51.71, and a 30GB premium plan for 30 days that covers many Asian countries for $789.71. Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective unless you need very heavy data consumption that would exceed the limited daily or total caps of the “unlimited” plans.
