Roambit eSIM Data Plans for Asia

Roambit does not provide an unlimited data eSIM plan for Asia. The provider’s Asia offerings are fixed‑data bundles that must be used within a set validity period.

For travelers needing large amounts of data, Roambit offers several fixed plans. One example is the Asia 50GB plan, available for 30 days at a price of $49.99 USD, which covers China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, and Vietnam. Another option is the Asia 20GB plan, priced at $24.99 USD for 30 days, and the Asia 10GB plan, priced at $19.99 USD for 30 days. Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective unless a user is an extremely heavy data consumer.

Roambit does not offer a phone number or SMS capability in its Asia eSIM plans. The available plans are strictly data‑only. Travelers can use WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage and other VoIP apps over the data connection for calls and messaging, but these are not guaranteed to work in all Asian destinations, so it is advised to verify the availability of the apps they rely on before purchasing.

Roambit’s Asia 30d eSIM plan covers China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam. The Global 30d plan adds United Arab UAE, Israel, Saudi Arabia and Turkey to that roster, in addition to the same Asian countries, thereby extending coverage into the Middle East.
