GLOBAL YO eSIM Data Plans for Asia

GLOBAL YO does not provide any unlimited data eSIM plans for Asia.

Instead, the provider offers fixed data plans with large allowances, for example the Asia Explorer - 60 Day - 100 GB plan covering 20 Asian countries, the Global Explorer XL - 365 Day - 100 GB plan with coverage in 108 countries, and the Asia Explorer XXL - 60 Day - 100 GB plan covering 36 countries. These fixed plans can be more cost‑effective for travelers who want ample data without the higher cost that often accompanies unlimited offerings.

GLOBAL YO does not offer eSIM plans that provide a phone number or SMS functionality for destinations in Asia. Only data‑only plans are available in that region. Travelers can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage, which work over the data connection to make calls and send messages without needing a traditional phone number.

The Asia Explorer plan covers Turkey, Israel, Georgia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Uzbekistan, Jordan, Pakistan, Thailand, Qatar, Oman, Sri Sri Lanka, India, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. The Asia Explorer XL plan extends coverage to China, Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzstan), Singapore, Vietnam, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Myanmar, Bahrain, Iraq, the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates. The Asia Explorer XXL plan adds Bangladesh, Laos, Brunei, Cambodia and Nepal to the list covered by the first three plans. Both the Global Explorer and Global Explorer XL plans include all of these Asian countries and, in the case of Global Explorer, also add Hong Kong and Macau to the coverage area.
