Airalo eSIM Data Plans for Balkans countries

Airalo does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed eSIM for Balkans. The plans labeled “Unlimited” in its catalog actually allow 3 GB per day and then throttle speed to 1000 kbps once that limit is reached.

Airalo sells fixed‑data plans that give larger amounts of high‑speed data at a single price. Examples include the Eurolink – 100 GB plan for 180 days at $185.00, the Eurolink – 50 GB plan for 30 days at $99.00, and the Eurolink – 20 GB plan for 15 days at $47.00. These plans can be more cost‑effective for travelers who need more than the daily 3 GB but do not require unlimited usage.

Airalo does not offer a Balkans eSIM plan that includes a phone number or SMS capability. All available plans from Airalo for the Balkans are data‑only plans, so travelers will not receive an inbound or outbound SMS service or a local phone number.

For voice and text communication travelers can rely on popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage, which work over the data connection and allow calls and messaging without a separate phone number or SMS service.

Airalo offers three eSIM plans that cover the Balkan region.
