Maya Mobile does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for Europe. The plans that use the word “Unlimited” actually give 5GB/day of high‑speed data; after that daily amount the speed is reduced to 3000kbps. This means the data allowance is capped, even though the product name suggests otherwise.

Travelers who need a large amount of high‑speed data can choose one of Maya Mobile’s fixed‑data plans instead. For example, the 30‑day plan lets the user download 5GB/day of high‑speed data, which adds up to 150GB before the speed reduction applies, while the 14‑day plan offers 70GB of high‑speed data. Fixed‑data plans can be more cost‑effective for heavy‑usage travelers because the full data allowance is available at full speed up to the stated limit.

Maya Mobile does not provide an eSIM with a phone number or SMS capability for Europe. The provider offers only data‑only eSIM plans for that region.

Travelers can still communicate using popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage, which operate over the data connection and allow voice calls and text messages without a traditional phone number.
