Saily eSIM Data Plans for South America

Saily does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for South America. The plans that bear the “UNLIMITED” label actually give a 30GB data allowance; once that limit is reached the speed is throttled to either 1 kbps or 1 000 kbps depending on the specific plan.

Travelers who need larger data blocks may opt for fixed data plans. For example, Saily offers a 30GB plan with a 90‑day validity, a 20GB plan with a 365‑day validity, and a 15GB plan with a 90‑day validity. These fixed data plans provide higher data volumes at a set price and can be a more cost‑effective choice for most users.

Saily does not provide South America eSIM plans that include a local phone number or SMS capability. Travelers looking for a data‑only connection will find that all available Saily options in South America offer just high‑speed internet access.

Users who need communication services can rely on VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data link. Keep in mind that some destinations may limit or block certain apps, so it is advisable to confirm that the required services are accessible in the specific South American country before purchasing a plan.

Saily offers coverage in several South American countries. The Latin America plan includes Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Peru, Paraguay, El Salvador, and Uruguay. The Global plan adds French Guiana to that list.
