Sim Local does not offer an unlimited data eSIM for South America. All current South American plans from Sim Local have a data cap; the largest cap is 30GB for 30 days.

Travelers looking for a fixed‑data option can choose plans such as the Global 30GB plan, priced at $47 USD for 30 days and covering Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, French Guiana, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, El Salvador, Uruguay and more than 60 additional countries, or the South America 20GB plan, priced at $35 USD for 31 days and covering Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay and one other country. These examples illustrate only a subset of the available plans; selecting a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective unless the user requires extremely heavy data usage.

Sim Local does not provide any South America eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. All of its South America eSIM offerings are data‑only.
