Giga.Tel does not currently provide a true unlimited data eSIM plan for South Asia. The plans that carry “Unlimited” in their name, such as Global (1GB / Day Unlimited), actually deliver a fixed 1 GB per day and reduce speed to 512 kbps once the daily allowance is reached. Travelers who need more consistent high‑speed data can opt for fixed‑data alternatives; for example, a 20 GB plan valid for 365 days costs $74.49 USD, and a 10 GB plan valid for 180 days costs $46.49 USD. These options offer larger data allowances without the speed throttle that applies after the capped limit in the 1 GB/day plan.

Giga.Tel offers only data‑only eSIM plans for South Asia, so no plan includes a local phone number or SMS capability. Travelers can still use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection for voice calls and messaging.

Giga.Tel offers several eSIM plans that include South‑Asian coverage, notably Global 106 Countries, Global Special, CMI Global Multi‑Region, and Global (Not Include Mainland China). Each of these plans covers Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal, while the Global (Not Include Mainland China) plan also includes Pakistan.
