MoodSIM eSIM Data Plans for South Asia

MoodSIM does not offer a truly unlimited data eSIM for South Asia. The plans that carry “Unlimited” in their name provide a high‑speed allowance of 500 MB, 1 GB or 2 GB per day, after which the speed is reduced to 384 kbps. Travelers who need larger amounts of high‑speed data can instead choose from MoodSIM’s fixed‑data plans, such as the 20 GB plan for 30 days, the 10 GB plan for 30 days, or the 5 GB plan for 30 days, which cover Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and additional nearby countries. These examples illustrate the type of large‑data options available but are not an exhaustive list of all MoodSIM offerings.

MoodSIM does not provide South Asia eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. All South Asia plans sold by MoodSIM are data‑only, with no inbound or outbound voice or text support.

Travelers can still communicate through internet‑based messaging and calling apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage, which operate over the data connection and do not require a local phone number or SMS service.

The Asia (Asia Extended) Unlimited plan includes Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan, while the Global plan offers coverage for the same set of South Asian countries—Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan—alongside many other regions worldwide.
