nextSIM eSIM Data Plans for South Asia

nextSIM does not provide an unlimited‑data eSIM for South Asia. The plans that are available to travelers covering Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal, and Pakistan all specify a fixed data allowance. For example, a 50GB bundle is sold for 30 days and a 10GB bundle is also sold for 30 days.

Travellers who need a larger data quota can choose one of these fixed data plans. The 50GB 30‑day plan, for instance, gives a substantial data allowance at its price point, while the 10GB 30‑day plan offers a more modest alternative. Selecting a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective for most users, except for those who are extremely heavy data consumers and would benefit from an unlimited option.

nextSIM does not provide South Asia eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. The provider offers only data‑only eSIM plans for the region. Travelers can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection; however, some destinations in South Asia may block or restrict access to these apps, so it is advisable to verify their availability before purchasing.

nextSIM offers two eSIM plans that cover South Asian countries. The eSIM ASIA and Middle East Premium plan includes Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal, and Pakistan. The eSIM GLOBAL Premium plan also covers the same set of South Asian countries. Both plans provide additional coverage in other regions, but the South Asian coverage is limited to these seven countries.
