Roamix eSIM Data Plans for South Asia

Roamix does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for South Asia. All South‑Asia plans listed in the dataset have a hard data cap, the largest of which is 20 GB for 30 days. The 10 GB/Day plan, for example, offers 10 GB of 5 G data per day and, after the cap is reached, reduces speed to 384 kbps rather than supplying additional data.

Customers who need more data can select a fixed data plan. Two examples are the “South Asia (6 areas) 20GB 30Days” plan costing $62.70 USD and the “South Asia (6 areas) 10GB 30Days” plan priced at $30.90 USD. These plans provide a set amount of data over a set period and may be more cost‑effective unless the traveler is an extremely heavy data user.

Roamix does not offer eSIM plans for South Asia that include a phone number or SMS capability. Travelers can only use data‑only eSIM plans, and can rely on VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging; however, some destinations may block or restrict these services, so travelers should verify app availability in South Asia before purchasing.

Roamix offers two eSIM plans that include South Asian coverage: the Asia (20 areas)/Day plan and the Global139 plan, both of which cover Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan.
