GLOBAL YO eSIM Data Plans for South Asia

GLOBAL YO does not provide an unlimited data eSIM plan for South Asia. All of its available plans for the region feature a set data allowance. For example, the Global Explorer‑365 Days plan gives 100 GB of data for 365 days and the Global Explorer‑XL‑365 Days – 100 GB plan offers the same data volume and validity period. A smaller fixed‑data option is the Global Explorer‑XL‑365 Days – 50 GB, which also covers Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Pakistan.

Because the plans are capped, travelers who need a substantial amount of data can consider the 100 GB or 50 GB options, as they may be more cost‑effective than an unlimited plan would be for extremely heavy data users.

GLOBAL YO does not provide any South Asia eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. The provider only offers data‑only eSIMs for South Asian destinations. Travelers can still use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection for voice calls and messaging.
