ZenSim eSIM Data Plans for South Asia

ZenSim does not offer a truly unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for South Asia. The plans that contain “Unlimited” in the name provide a fixed amount of data measured as a daily allotment of 3GB/day; once that daily limit is reached, the speed is throttled to 1000 kbps, so the data is not unlimited.

Travelers who need larger data allowances can choose from ZenSim’s fixed‑data plans that are available for Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and 11 other South‑Asian countries. Examples include a 40 GB plan valid for 30 days and a 20 GB plan valid for 15 or 30 days, all of which provide a set data cap rather than unlimited usage.

ZenSim does not provide a South Asia eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability; the provider only offers data‑only plans for that region. Travelers can still use data connections to access VoIP and messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage, but some destinations in South Asia may block or restrict certain apps or VoIP services, so it is advisable to confirm that these services remain operational in the intended country before making a purchase.

ZenSim provides two eSIM plans that cover South Asia: the Asia+ plan, which covers Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka and Pakistan, and the Global plan, which also covers those same four countries, while neither plan extends coverage to other South Asian states such as Nepal, Maldives, Afghanistan or Bhutan.
