AlpineSIM does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for Romania. All of its plans for the country include a specific data cap, such as the 20GB plan valid for 30 days or the 50GB plan valid for 180 days. Plans that carry the word “Unlimited” in their title still offer a fixed data allowance—for example, the 300 MB/day plan for 1 day or the 1 GB/day plan for 3 days—after which the speed is reduced. Choosing one of these fixed‑data plans can be more cost‑effective unless an exceptionally heavy user requires truly unlimited high‑speed data.
