Horizon eSIM eSIM Data Plans for Russia

Horizon eSIM does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for Russia. The available Russia‑specific plans are fixed data bundles, such as the Russia 50GB 30Days plan, the Russia 20GB 30Days plan, and the Russia 10GB 30Days plan, all of which are valid for 30 days. Horizon eSIM also offers a Global 20GB plan that covers Russia and 109 other countries, with validity options of 30 days or 90 days.

Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective for most travelers, unless the user is an extremely heavy data consumer who would prefer an unlimited option.

Horizon eSIM does not provide a Russia eSIM that includes a phone number or the ability to send or receive SMS; only data‑only plans are available for this destination. Travelers can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage over the data connection, but should verify that those services are accessible in Russia before purchasing, as some destinations may block or restrict certain apps.

Horizon eSIM provides a range of data plans for travelers in Russia. The provider offers 12 single‑country plans that are dedicated solely to Russia, and 7 multi‑country plans that include Russia as part of a broader coverage area. Prices for these plans span from as low as $0.31 to as high as $309.44, while data caps range from 100 MB up to 50 GB. The selection includes both small, low‑cost options and larger, high‑capacity packages, giving users flexibility depending on their data needs.
