Wiiline does not provide a true unlimited eSIM plan for Russia. The plans that carry “Unlimited Russia” in the name actually deliver 1 GB of high‑speed data each day and, once that daily quota is reached, the speed is throttled to 512 kbps.

Instead of an unlimited offering, Wiiline offers fixed‑data options that may be more economical for heavy users. For example, a 30‑day plan that gives 30 GB of data costs $28.27, while a 30‑day plan with 20 GB costs $22.67. Larger allowances are also available, such as a 180‑day plan covering 40 GB for $75.51 and a 365‑day plan with 80 GB for $150.00. These plans provide higher data volumes without the daily throttling that applies to the “Unlimited” packages.

Wiiline does not provide eSIM plans for Russia that include a local phone number or SMS capability. The provider only offers data‑only eSIMs for that country.

Travelers can still use messaging and voice applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage over the data connection without a local phone number.
