BNESIM eSIM Data Plans for Rwanda

BNESIM does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for Rwanda. The available options are fixed‑data plans, such as the 100GB Surf plan that is valid for 30 days or as an unlimited‑validity offer, and the 50GB Surf plan that also comes with a 30‑day validity or unlimited validity. These fixed‑data plans can be more cost‑effective for most travelers, unless one's usage exceeds the allowances of the chosen plan.

BNESIM does not provide eSIM plans with a local phone number or SMS capability for Rwanda. Travelers can only purchase data‑only eSIMs from the provider. If voice or text is required, popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage can be used over the data connection, but no traditional phone number or SMS service is available.

BNESIM offers 14 single‑country plans and 10 multi‑country plans that include Rwanda. Prices for these plans range from about $4.03 to $285.53, while data caps vary between 1 GB and 100 GB and validity periods extend from no expiry to 30 days. Some plans allow tethering. The single‑country plans provide a fixed amount of data for use only in Rwanda, whereas the multi‑country plans bundle data that can be used across several countries, including Rwanda.
