eSIM from Airhub did not work at all. I followed their installation guide. When contacted their support, they told me that my eSIM connected to an unsupported network and can not be used. They could not provide any details, just told me that my eSIM is wasted. No replacement, no refund. Terrible product! Stay away!
Before using Airhub, I had no experience with eSIMs. However, after discovering Airhub through the eSIMdb website, I now plan on using it for all my future travels as it has been a lifesaver. With Airhub, I have found it to be easy to use, but it did take me a few chats to understand the new technology, now that I have the hang of it, it works perfectly, even in remote areas of Switzerland. the app offers excellent value, and because I'm frequently in and out of wifi, it lasts for a long time.
I orderd a Unlimited Data E-Sim for Switzerland for 5 days. After the Payment i just got a Recipt by E-Mail but no QR Code or anything which i can use the E-Sim. After i contacted the Live Chat Support and waited few mins the Support did tell me that there was a bug in they System and i should get the E-Mail in up to 10 Mins. After more then 1 Hour i still didnt get anything.
I cant recommend AirHub at the Current Time.

Airhub does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Switzerland; every plan listed under the âunlimitedâ name actually has a fixed data allowance and limits highâspeed usage to a certain amount (for example, 3GB for a 1âday plan or 5GB per day for the multiâday plans). Once this limit is reached the planâs speed drops to the reduced rate of 1000kbps, so the highâspeed data is capped.
If a traveler needs a larger amount of data without this throttling, Airhub offers several fixedâdata plans for Switzerland. For instance, the 60GB 5G data plan with unlimited talk and text is valid for 30 days and costs $33.80 USD, while the 300GB 5G internet data plan with a 30âday validity is available for $40.00 USD. These fixed plans may be more costâeffective unless the user is an extremely heavy data consumer, in which case a negotiated or specialâpurpose plan might be preferable.
Airhub does not currently provide a Switzerland eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Only dataâŻonly eSIM plans are available from the provider. Travelers may still use popular VoIP apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging.
Airhub offers 16 singleâcountry plans and 19 multiâcountry plans for Switzerland. The plans are priced between $1.90 and $46.00 and provide data caps ranging from 1âŻGB to 300âŻGB. Most plans provide a fixed amount of data that can be used over the validity period, while a small subsetâspecifically three plansâfeature a daily data cap that limits usage each day.
