“eSIM from Airhub did not work at all. I followed their installation guide. When contacted their support, they told me that my eSIM connected to an unsupported network and can not be used. They could not provide any details, just told me that my eSIM is wasted. No replacement, no refund. Terrible product! Stay away!”
“Before using Airhub, I had no experience with eSIMs. However, after discovering Airhub through the eSIMdb website, I now plan on using it for all my future travels as it has been a lifesaver. With Airhub, I have found it to be easy to use, but it did take me a few chats to understand the new technology, now that I have the hang of it, it works perfectly, even in remote areas of Switzerland. the app offers excellent value, and because I'm frequently in and out of wifi, it lasts for a long time.

“I orderd a Unlimited Data E-Sim for Switzerland for 5 days. After the Payment i just got a Recipt by E-Mail but no QR Code or anything which i can use the E-Sim. After i contacted the Live Chat Support and waited few mins the Support did tell me that there was a bug in they System and i should get the E-Mail in up to 10 Mins. After more then 1 Hour i still didnt get anything.
I cant recommend AirHub at the Current Time.

Airhub does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Switzerland. The plans named “Switzerland unlimited data” actually include a fixed data allowance—3 GB for a 1‑day plan and 5 GB per day for the 5‑, 10‑, and 15‑day plans. Once the allowance is reached the speed is throttled to 1000 kbps. Because these plans have a hard cap, they are not considered unlimited high‑speed data.
Instead, Airhub offers fixed‑data plans that may be more cost‑effective for travelers. For example, a 300GB 5G Internet Data plan lasting 30 days costs $59.00 USD, and a 100GB data plan for 30 days is priced at $52.00 USD. These plans provide a large, unthrottled data allowance for the validity period and may suit heavy data users better than the capped “unlimited” options.
Airhub does not currently provide a Switzerland eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Only data only eSIM plans are available from the provider. Travelers may still use popular VoIP apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging.
Airhub offers 18 single‑country plans and 19 multi‑country plans in Switzerland. The plans vary from a basic 1 GB package that can be purchased for as little as $1.90 to a more generous 300 GB option that tops out near $59.00, with validity periods ranging from one to 30 days. Customers can choose between fixed data‑cap plans, where a set amount of data is allotted for the entire validity, or daily data‑cap plans that reset each day, giving a more flexible usage pattern.
