I bought 14 300GB eSIMs for Europe and they all stopped working when they reached 35GB. I filed a complaint with AirHub and they told me they didn't actually provide 300GB and only offered 35GB. I asked for a refund and they never gave it to me. That company is a scam. Stay away if you don't want to be scammed.
AIRHUB is a SCAM. They are thieves who steal your money and give you eSIMs with less GB than they offer.

10gb sim used across Europe. Worked great for 10 days, then suddenly the speed just dropped to 40kbps despite still showing 5G.
Customer service non-existant. No response to live chat or useful info online so had to buy another sim from jetpac.

Speeds are 32Mb download and 3Mb upload. Impressive even if not stellar fast. Yes I would recommend Airalo. First attempt using an ESIM in Europe. Far more convenient given the limited option available when we arrived in Venice on route to Austria.

Perfect, reliable and flawless experience in all countries with good 4G speeds (15-25mbps)!
I used the „pay as you go“ plan!
Easy to choose and switch via the app.
Refill/prepay is also done via the app! The only minor catch, minimum refill amount is 10€ and it‘s 10€ steps from here (10,20,30...)
Overall really good experience!!
Approximately 110 travel eSIM providers serve Austria, and there are more than 6, 100 prepaid data plans available. With such a wide variety of options, travelers can find an eSIM that suits their needs.
Unlimited data eSIM options for Austria are available from several providers. Providers such as Firsty, Yoho Mobile, Billion Connect, Roamify, MicroEsim, abesteSIM, Truely, Yesim, and FairPlay all offer plans with no data cap, though most include throttling: Firsty limits speed to about 256 kbps, while others note possible throttling or a 5 Mbps speed cap. These plans typically run from one day up to fifteen days, use 4G/5G (and in some cases LTE) networks, and are priced from free for the single‑day Firsty offering up to roughly $23 per pass for the longest‑validity plans. Travelers can choose a plan that fits their usage needs and budget, keeping in mind the mentioned speed restrictions.
A1 Telekom Austria: The largest mobile operator in Austria, offering extensive 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G coverage.
Magenta Telekom: A subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, providing comprehensive 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G services.
Drei (Three Austria): Owned by CK Hutchison Holdings, offering 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, and expanding 5G services.
In addition to these major Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), Austria has several Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) that offer mobile services by leasing access from the major carriers. Notable local MVNOs include HoT Hofer Telekom and Spusu. However, most travel eSIMs rely on the infrastructure of the primary MNOs rather than MVNOs.
Travel eSIMs that include a phone number and SMS support for Austria are available from several providers. The following operators offer such plans: GlobaleSIM, Airalo, Roamify, SimOptions and MoreMins eSIM. Their telephony features include inbound and outbound voice calls and SMS; the dialing code varies by provider. Ghost: GlobaleSIM supplies US/Canada numbers with a +1 dialing code, Airalo offers local Austrian numbers with a +43 code, Roamify’s Austria plans use a French +33 code, SimOptions uses a Czech +420 code, and MoreMins eSIM provides UK +44 numbers. Only the Airalo plans deliver a genuinely local Austrian +43 number, while the others use foreign dialing codes.
Prices for these travel eSIMs begin around US$4.00 and can rise to about US$105.00, depending on data volume and validity. Validity periods range from 3 days up to 365 days, with many plans available for 7, 30 or 60 days and larger packages extending to a full year.
