Gigapanda eSIM Data Plans for Azerbaijan

Gigapanda does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Azerbaijan. The plans that carry the word “Unlimited” in their name actually give 2 GB per day at full speed; once the daily cap is reached the connection is throttled to 128 kbps (or 384 kbps for the 15‑ and 20‑day variants). After each day the full‑speed allowance is restored, so the data is not unlimited.

Travelers who need a larger, predictable data allowance can choose one of Gigapanda’s fixed data plans. For example, a 50 GB plan for 30 days or a 20 GB plan for 30 days both provide high‑speed data for the entire validity period and are often more cost‑effective for heavy data users than the daily‑cap “Unlimited” options.

Gigapanda does not offer eSIM plans for Azerbaijan that include a phone number or SMS capability. Their current selection for Azerbaijan consists only of data‑only eSIMs, so travelers cannot receive or send SMS messages or make voice calls on a local number through the eSIM. However, they can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the internet for audio and video calls, provided these services are not blocked or restricted in Azerbaijan. Travelers should verify that the apps they rely on are accessible in Azerbaijan before purchasing an eSIM.

Gigapanda offers 10 single‑country plans and 12 multi‑country plans for Azerbaijan. The available plans range in price from about $9.90 to $94.90 and provide data caps between 2 GB and 50 GB. Some plans use a fixed data amount that is available for the entire validity period, while others impose a daily data cap that limits usage each day. This variety allows travelers to choose a plan that best matches their data needs and travel duration.
