“I cannot recommend this provider.
My purchase confirmation email contained the complete eSIM activation QR code and activation details, but it was also CC'd to a personal Gmail address (praveenasaravanan95 -at- gmail dot com). As far as I can tell, anyone receiving that email also receives everything needed to install the eSIM. I reported this as a potential security issue and repeatedly asked to speak with a human, but only received AI-generated replies. My request for a human representative was ignored.
In addition, there is no purchase history or data usage information available in my account, so I have no way of verifying how much data remains on the eSIM.
Although the eSIM does connect and appears to work, the lack of transparency and the apparent disregard for a legitimate security concern mean I cannot recommend GigaTel.”
