Kolet eSIM Data Plans for Canada

Kolet does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for Canada. The plans that use the word “Unlimited” in their name actually give up to 5 GB of high‑speed data per day; once that limit is reached, the connection speed drops to 1024 kbps. Travelers who need a larger, fixed data allowance can choose from Kolet’s fixed data plans, such as the Canada 20 GB for 30 days plan or the Canada 10 GB for 30 days plan, both of which provide 5G connectivity throughout Canada.

Kolet does not offer a Canada eSIM plan that provides a local phone number or SMS capability. The only plans available for Canada from Kolet are data‑only eSIMs, so travelers will not receive inbound or outbound voice or text services.

Truly, travelers who still need to make calls and send messages can rely on VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection, but they should check that the services they use are not blocked or restricted in Canada before purchasing a plan.

Kolet provides 13 single‑country plans and 18 multi‑country plans for Canada. The plans cover a price range from $3.99 to $104.10 and data caps between 1 GB and 20 GB. Some plans use a daily data cap, where the data allowance resets each day, while others use a fixed data cap that applies for the entire validity period.
