Rufly offers unlimited travel eSIMs, with 10% of every order helping rescue dogs get fed, treated and housed. Plans include 500MB a day at full speed, then 5 Mbps, with further fair-use limits explained on our website.
Rufly does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Canada. The plans that carry the name “Canada Unlimited” actually grant 500MB per day at full speed; after that daily limit the speed drops to 5 Mbps and eventually to 512 Kbps once a total data threshold is reached.
Instead, Rufly offers fixed data plans with 7‑day, 15‑day, and 30‑day validity, each giving 500MB per day. These plans can be a cost‑effective option for travelers who need a predictable amount of high‑speed data, but they are not unlimited.
Rufly does not provide a Canada eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only plans are available. Travelers can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging, but some destinations may block or restrict these services, so it is advisable to confirm that the apps you rely on are accessible in Canada before purchasing.
Rufly offers three single‑country data plans for Canada, with no multi‑country options available. All plans provide the same 500 MB of data and are priced between approximately $51.52 and $100.81. The validity period ranges from 7 to 30 days, and each plan includes a daily data cap of 500 MB while allowing tethering with reduced speed at 5000 kbps.
