Roamly eSIM Data Plans for China

Roamly does not provide an unlimited data eSIM plan for China. Travelers who need a large amount of data can choose from Roamly’s fixed data plans, such as the China 50GB 30Days plan priced at $40.88 USD or the China 50GB 180Days plan priced at $44.94 USD. These plans offer a substantial data allowance and a clear validity period.

Fixed data plans can be more cost‑effective for most users, especially those who do not consume data at a very high rate. If a traveler expects to use a very large amount of data, they may want to compare the fixed plans with Roamly’s pay‑as‑you‑go options, which allow additional credit to be added as needed.

Roamly does not offer an eSIM for China that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM plans are available for China. Travelers can use VoIP apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging, but they should verify that these services are accessible in China before purchasing, as some platforms may be restricted.

Roamly offers six single-country plans that are specifically available for China, as well as six multi‑country plans that include coverage in China. The available plans span a price range from approximately $7.97 to $77.65, with data caps that vary between 3 GB and 50 GB. Some plans provide a fixed data allowance for the entire validity period, while others use a daily data cap that resets each day, allowing users to manage their usage within the total supply.
