My girlfriend and I went to Colombia and we chose Global eSIM. Don’t do that, whatever the price. In Bogota, the biggest city in the country, it wasn’t working 95% of the time. We tried to get explanations from them, but they just don’t care. Worst company ever.”

“Cartagena works okay, Medellin works very well, but do not buy for Bogota… Customer service is a big mess!!! 6-7 emails just to get useless nonsense that’s already in the help center, and I have to repeat everything and confirm tons of times… In short, 5 days without service in the largest capital city of Colombia — a real joke!!! Definitely don’t buy!!! Now I’m trying to get a refund… already at 5 emails… A scam!”

“I’m facing a very bad experience with GlobaleSIM in Colombia ! Since I was in Bogota, I had a terrible connection and the data wasn’t working… I’m in Cartagena and the speed is very slow, only 3G connection and just for a couple minutes because the connection breaks every time, and took 5 minutes or more to get back connected

I get in contact with the support, I did what they said but at the end, they said that they can do nothing to improve the connection.”
