Keep On Roaming does not offer a truly unlimited data eSIM for Costa Rica. All plans with “Unlimited” in their name actually provide only 1 GB of high‑speed data per day (or 1 GB in total for the one‑day option) before the speed is reduced. Travelers who need more than that can choose a fixed‑data plan instead. For example, the KOR‑CR‑100000MB‑30D plan gives 100GB of high‑speed data for 30 days, the KOR‑CR‑50000MB‑30D plan offers 50GB for 30 days, and the KOR‑CR‑20000MB‑30D plan provides 20GB for 30 days. These fixed‑data options can be more cost‑effective for most users unless an extremely heavy data consumer requires unbounded usage.

Keep On Roaming does not provide an eSIM for Costa Rica that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider only offers data‑only plans for that destination. Travelers can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage, which operate over the data connection, to make calls and send messages.
