Keep On Roaming does not provide a true unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The plans that carry “Unlimited” in their name each allow only 1 GB of high‑speed data during the validity period; after that amount the speed is throttled.

Instead, Keep On Roaming offers fixed‑data plans that may be more suitable if you need more data, such as a 10 GB bundle for 30 days at $105 or a 5 GB bundle for 30 days at $57. Selecting a fixed‑data plan can be more cost‑effective for heavy data users.

Keep On Roaming does not provide DR Congo eSIMs that include a local phone number or SMS capability. The only plans available for DR Congo are data‑only, so users will not receive a local number for voice calls or text messages.

Travelers can still communicate using VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage, or other data‑based messaging apps over the eSIM connection. These apps allow voice and text exchanges without a traditional phone number.
