Airalo eSIM Data Plans for El Salvador

Airalo does not have a truly unlimited data eSIM for El Salvador. All of its plans that use the “Unlimited” label provide a daily high‑speed allowance of 3 GB; after that limit is reached the speed is throttled to 1000 kbps. Travelers who need a larger data budget can choose a fixed‑data option, such as the 20 GB plans offered by both Airalo and Chivo. These plans give 20 GB of high‑speed data for up to 30 days and avoid the reduction in speed that applies on the “Unlimited” plans.

Airalo does not currently provide an eSIM for El Salvador that includes a local phone number or the ability to send or receive SMS. All Airalo eSIMs for El Salvador are data‑only, without inbound or outbound voice or text capabilities. Travelers can still use messaging and voice applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage over the data connection as an alternative.
