“Compré varias eSIM a través de Stellar mediante la plataforma eSIMDB. En una de ellas, se añadió una suscripción semanal («Travel Protect», ahora denominada «Antivirus») durante el proceso de pago. La opción aparece preseleccionada justo encima del botón de Apple Pay; al comprobarlo, vi que, incluso tras desmarcarla, el resumen del pedido seguía indicando: «Protección añadida: facturada por separado». Dicho cargo no se refleja en el importe total del pedido.

Posteriormente, se me realizaron cargos semanales de 0,99 EUR, durante la noche, sin recibir ningún recibo ni correo electrónico. Al haber realizado la compra como invitado, no tenía forma de visualizar ni cancelar la suscripción en el sitio web. El servicio de atención al cliente confirmó por escrito todos los cargos, pero se negó a realizar un reembolso. Solo logré recuperar el dinero tras impugnar los cargos ante mi banco y presentar una reclamación ante el organismo regulador suizo (SECO).

Lean las otras reseñas que aparecen aquí: no soy, ni mucho menos, el único afectado. Si alguna vez han comprado a través de Stellar, revisen el extracto de su tarjeta en busca de pequeños cargos semanales.”

“¡Proceso de pago engañoso, cargos ocultos diferidos y panel de control que no funciona!
Realicé un pedido por la noche simplemente para comprar una eSIM para Italia. Sin la debida transparencia, Stellar Security añadió automáticamente una suscripción de "Stellar Travel Protection" a mi carrito. Luego, a las 3:00 a. m., se procesó un cargo independiente e inesperado de 0,49 € en mi tarjeta por dicha protección, con un cobro mensual recurrente programado de 1,39 € para el futuro.
Para colmo, cuando inicié sesión en mi cuenta para cancelarla, el panel indicaba "0 suscripciones activas", lo que hacía imposible realizar la cancelación a través de su interfaz. Además, el código de verificación por correo electrónico para iniciar sesión tardaba demasiado en llegar.
Cobrar a los clientes horas después de la compra por suscripciones no deseadas, ocultándolas al mismo tiempo del panel de gestión de la cuenta, es algo totalmente inaceptable. ¡Cuidado con los cargos ocultos y revisa atentamente tus extractos bancarios!”

“Compré dos eSIM de Stellar para nuestra estancia en Italia. La conexión fue pésima y, al contactar con el servicio de asistencia de Stellar, Matthew no mostró ninguna prisa ni interés por resolver nuestro problema. Terminé comprando otra eSIM de otro proveedor y solicité un reembolso, pero tras 10 días sigo sin recibir respuesta. ¡La peor experiencia posible! Hay que evitar Stellar”
