eSIMCard does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Iceland. All plans that carry the word “Unlimited” in their name contain a data cap of 1 GB per day (or 2 GB per day for the “Unlimited Plus” variants). Once the daily limit is reached, the speed is throttled to a reduced level of 512 kbps or 2000 kbps, so the data is not unlimited in the sense of unrestricted high‑speed use.

Travelers who need more bandwidth can choose one of eSIMCard’s fixed‑data plans. For example the 35 GB plan and the 50 GB plan are both valid for 30 days and provide high‑speed data without a daily cap, which may be more economical for heavy data users traveling in Iceland.

eSIMCard does not provide an Iceland eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only plans are available for travelers to Iceland.
