Mi eSIM eSIM Data Plans for Iceland

Mi eSIM does not provide a plan that offers truly unlimited high‑speed data for Iceland.
The plans called “Unlimited” actually give 1 GB of high‑speed data per day; after that limit is reached the speed is throttled to 512 kbps.
Travelers who need more data can choose fixed‑data bundles, such as the 100 GB eSIM Data for 30 days or the 50 GB eSIM Data for 30 days, which offer larger total allowances and do not throttle until the set cap is exceeded.

Mi eSIM does not provide an Iceland eSIM that includes a local phone number or SMS capability. Travelers using Mi eSIM in Iceland will only receive data access. For voice and text communication, applicants can rely on VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but they should verify that these services are accessible in Iceland before purchasing the plan.

Mi eSIM provides 23 single‑country plans and 47 multi‑country plans that include Iceland. The overall price range for these plans is from $1.66 up to $199.09, while the data allocation varies from 1 GB to 100 GB and the validity period spans 1 to 180 days. Among the available plans, some offer a fixed amount of data, whereas others employ a daily data cap, allowing users to manage usage on a day‑to‑day basis.
