Wiiline eSIM Data Plans for Iceland

Wiiline does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Iceland. All of its plans are limited to 1GB of high‑speed data per day, after which the speed is throttled to 512 kbps or 500 kbps. Plans that use the word “Unlimited” in their name still have this daily data cap and slow‑down feature.

If a higher data allowance is required, Wiiline offers fixed‑data packages. For example, the 100GB plan is valid for 90 days and the 50GB plan is valid for 30 days, both available for Iceland. These fixed‑data options can be more cost efficient for travelers who need more data than the daily 1GB allotment.

Wiiline does not offer an Iceland eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider only offers data‑only eSIM plans for Iceland. Travelers can still make calls and send messages using VoIP apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection.
